Node.js Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Node.js Developer to join our team for a long-term engagement in Plano, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile software development, deep expertise in backend architecture, and a passion for building scalable and high-performance APIs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative backend solutions in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development using Agile methodologies
• Expert-level proficiency in Node.js, including backend architecture, performance tuning, and scalable API development
• Proven experience with RESTful API design, microservices, and event-driven architecture
• Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and asynchronous programming patterns
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills

Preferred / Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with front-end technologies, especially ReactJS and component integration
• Experience working with Google Chat products and CCAI (Contact Center AI)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, or Azure
